*Direct responsibility of Management in the development of branch staff, supporting sales goals, and actively participates in the selling and delivery of all financial services provided by BOK.
*Maintain and develop business relationships , extend credit to businesses and individuals through a centralized system.
*overall responsibility of the branch operations, reports directly to the Hub Manager. *Ensures that the branch delivers quality customer service which includes opening accounts, providing Customers with information, and resolves banking problems for customers.
*The main responsibility is to ensure to deliver to quality service to the customers, meet and exceed liabilities and cross sell targets and avoid any audit comments.
*Service / Assist Branch Customers in their daily enquiries (Balance, Cheque book Status, Statement of Account, Incoming Transfers {all types} cheque book requests, and ATM related enquiries .
*Managing Branch customer Complaints, resolving them as quick kills or escalating the relevant departments and keeping a follow-up to ensure early resolution.
*Assisting customers in opening all kinds of new accounts (Answering their questions & assisting them in filling Applications Forms) .
*Receiving ATM Cards on daily basis, delivering them to customers & explaining them how to use them .
*Prepare ATM Cards Action Forms for customers whom wish to renew, request a new Card or Pin for the ATM Card, or file a complaint .
*Preparation & submission of different MIS Reports that are related to any of the previous points as directed.
*Delegates operational duties such as balancing all branch general ledger accounts and audits.
*Maintains security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
*Observes and evaluates employees' performance.
*Perform sales meetings with branch staff to communicate cross sell results, provide recognition, review product knowledge, set goals, and provide skill review.
*Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business
*fluctuation and possible business at risk.
*Monitor and implement internal controls, follow AML / KYC policies.
