• Generating and tracking the budget and planning the acquisition of new, updated or replacement library resources
• Checking books and other materials in and out of the library
• Generate reports periodically and submit them to the relevant manager for examination and audit

Participate in preparing the strategies used for the office system. Contributing to the preparation of office protocols at the cultural level.

• Introducing multimedia into electronic classification and indexing processes and applying databases and information in a way that makes it easier for pioneers to access the required content.
