• Supervising and administrating the casual workers of the company.

• Set and follow-up any development in the organization chart of the company.
• Preparing monthly report of the HR department.

• Responsible for preparing feasibilities studies of the Awqaf Dubai assets.
• Head of inventory and documentation committee.
• responsible for design the developing plan of Awqaf assets.
• Member of bidding committee, participating in selecting process of vendors.
• Member of Dubai Govt. award committee in Dubai Awqaf.

• Responsible for the Pre-feasibility study of the projects.
• Responsible for the investment opportunity study of the projects.
• Participating in the economic feasibility analysis with company team.
• Conducting market surveys for updating the market mechanism.

• Assist the procurement manager in planning and

implantation of procurement policies and procedures of the company.

• Providing on going procurement.
• Maintain proper documentation of all equipment and
• materials purchased locally & off-shore for the company.
• Obtain quotation forms vendors according to the policy.
