• As a freelancer, I used to be responsible for constructing numerous houses for different clients, as per their needs and specifications I had to be responsible for all work activities starting with the agreement to the handing over to the end user.

Kahramaa Substation at the industrial area.

• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality
• Manage all work methods maintain knowledge of all quality assurance standards monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.

• Resolving Design issues and development of solutions
• Ensuring the project runs smoothly as per the contract’s schedule
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Preparing project reports as required
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

• I was responsible for running the entire project private house constructed by the company
• Oversee every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and handing over of the project including meeting the project goal on time within the budget.

• Meanwhile, I started as a laborer, and I have been upgraded gradually to a site supervisor going through all the positions.
