- Handling all the public relations matters to the company, visas, labor and maintain the relationship with clients and patients.

- Brief the team, distribute the work, follow up with the team and report the updates to the manager, I was responsible of my teams in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi doing marketing research and mystery shopping

- Supervising the drivers by arranging the schedules, distribute the work in case of emergency and handling the issues and the complaints
