  • Coordinate with different internal and external parties, Sub/ external consultants, and other parties to effectively discharge project duties and completion of tasks.
  • Provide the Customer the proper solution to meet his needs and expectation through and by his consultancy firm(s).
  • Monitor the life cycle of the projects from award to closing.
  • Manage complex hardware and software implementations to meet the project objectives.
  • Establish project scope, requirements, and timelines.
