Ra'ed OBxR Plant Project, Al Taweelah Alumina Refinery:

• Liaising with Company Director to acquire required resources in order to initiate Project.
• Ensuring all engineering deliverables are in compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as Client's specifications and procedures.
• Managing and leading project team (over 47 team members) to ensure progressing deliverables on time and as per project schedule.
• Overseeing design review meetings, risk reviews and HAZOP studies ensuring operational requirements of project are maintained and risks mitigated.
• Ensuring technical integrity is fully maintained across different engineering disciplines and resolution of any inter disciplines technical conflicts.
• Monitoring KPIs during project execution to maintain compliance with contractually agreed project cost and schedule.
• Managing and reporting of both budget and schedule on weekly and monthly basis through weekly presentation of project achieved progress dashboard.
• Identifying cost or schedule reduction opportunities and ensure that these are pursued and discussed with Client's Stakeholders.
• Scheduling priorities as required to progress required project deliverables.
• Reviewing contractor proposals to determine favorable partnerships for on-time and under-budget project completion.
• Assessing impact of modification requests and managing project scope.
• Ensuring quality control standards are being met across all project disciplines and departments.
• Ensuring project overall compliance with HSE requirements and considering safety aspects in all different phases of project from engineering till plant commissioning.
• Proactively identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles as early as possible.
• Providing technical support and guidance for junior and intermediate team members to improve there performance and capabilities.

Etihad Rail Commercial & Operational Readiness, Etihad Rail:

• Managed team developing full commercial cycle reference model for Etihad Rail and Stage-2 Operational procedures.
• Conducted Gap Analysis of Etihad Rail commercial system and provided recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring quality aspects are met and required inputs are captured while overseeing development of Stage-2 Operational Procedures.
• Took ownership of project cost leading to successful completion of project within contractual budget.

P100 Pot Line 1,2 & 3 Smelter Extension Project, Emirates Global Aluminium:

Management of various equipment, piping and construction packages in an EPCM executed project throughout starting from Scope and technical documents development moving forward to awarding and execution stage of the project.
Finally concluding with commissioning support and project close out.

Key responsibilities as Project Engineer:

• Scope of work and technical documents development/ review prior to bidding stage for Project packages.
• Technical bid evaluation and vendors clarifications management.
• Management of various Contractor/ Vendor packages.
• Leading Kick‑Off and weekly progress meetings with awarded vendors/ contractors.
• Interface management between vendors and engineering disciplines for engineering issues resolution ensuring design parameters are met.
• Compliance with agreed delivery schedule for engineering deliverables of each package.
• Review of vendor submitted documents and ensuring compliance with design requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with codes, standards and project specifications throughout all packages.
• Contributed to HAZOP, Design, 3D Model and Constructability review meetings.

Key responsibilities as Field Engineer:

• Management of construction contractors from technical and contractual aspect.
• Ensuring piping and equipment installations on site are as per design and managing site‑initiated design changes.
• Observed construction methods and installations, inspection and testing processes to maintain consistent progress.
• Review and approval of technical contractor submitted documents.
• Interacted effectively with site engineering team and field staff to coordinate work that complied with design and issued for construction documents.

• Management of engineering progress with weekly tracking of critical path deliverables / activities.
• Overseeing Design & HAZOP reviews.
• Interface management among engineering departments, Sub‑Vendors, Owner Engineer and Client.
• Recommended design modifications to eliminate equipment and systems malfunctions arising during execution and commissioning stage.
• Scope change management assessing any change requests ensuring no scope creep or gold platting within project.
• Coordination with equipment vendors for resolution of engineering issues and deficiencies.
• Management & resolution of major SEQs, FCR & NCR with Client.
• Commissioning support for BOP and Combined Cycle Operations.

S2 Shuweihat IWPP EPC Project,1.6GW, ADWEA:

• Reviewing RFP and technical specifications required by client to determine bid parameters and deliverables.
• Technical deliverables preparation and ensuring design requirements are met in accordance with codes and standards.
• Oversaw development of P&I drawings with engineering disciplines.
• Construction & Piping Systems Erection Management.
• Participated in design reviews for analyzing planned piping, conduits and engineering models.
• Subcontractors engineering management and fabrication supervision.
• Gas Turbine piping engineering (GE 9FA) and management of piping interface points.
• Chemical Cleaning & Air Blowing for HRSG and Steam Piping Network.
• Interface management with other stakeholders (ex. Siemens AG, S1 IWPP & Gasco Stations).
