
Over 16 years of construction and engineering consultancy experience in Mechanical Engineering, I have successfully completed multiple of high rise, luxuries villas, residential and commercial projects. Have a history of high quality project delivery and extensive experience of project management, engineering design, Supervision and leadership, knowledge of international codes and standards (US, & EU). Experienced and conversant with client requirements and local authority codes, standards and practices in UAE. · Implement high-quality designs that meet specifications, budget and timeline requirements.
· Preparing reports about the activities at site to present it to the Projects Manager.
· Supervising the Installation, testing and commissioning of All Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, GAS, BMS, Swimming pool and lifts.
· Giving approval for the Shop drawings, material submittals, Pre-Qualification and technical submittals incorporating with local Authorities' regulation.
· Monitor the project progress till the time of its completion and attend regular project progress meetings.
· Attending the weekly progress meeting of site to maintain the work according to the program.
· Review project costing and compare with BOQ and ensure optimum use of resources and monitor use against budget.
· Preparing snag lists for final handing over of project.
