The project consists of ground, 3 podiums, and 18 floors. It has more than 70 apartments with a plot area of 3,000 sqm, and more than 90-meters in height. The residential complex, which features 16 one-bedrooms, 29 two-bedrooms, and 25 three-bedroom units.

• PCFC Office Building

A government project consists of office building G+9 and parking building G+6 with a plot area of 10,000 sqm, and more than 1000 employees excluding visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Organize work, assign tasks, estimate time, review works, and make all required coordination and support the team.
• Creating and enforcing organizational structure Building BIM standards, building a firm’s library of BIM content such as families and templates, participating to optimize the quality of models and doing data extraction.
• Reviewing and monitoring models using 3D visualization and clash detection to solve issues if any and get coordinated design.
• Doing Quality control role by reviewing and checking BIM standards and model health and follow up to coordinate and get integrated models.

• Jazeera paints Office building, Doha, Qatar

The project consists of two office buildings including ground, 3 podiums, and 12 floors with a plot area of 4,000 sqm, and more than 40-meters in height.

• No signal Office building, Doha, Qatar

Office building including 8 floors with a plot area of 1,500 sqm.

• Shura Council, Doha, Qatar
• VIP palace, Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

• I was responsible of construction drawings packages, by leading a team from 14 players to accomplish work on time. My managerial role was to organize work, assign tasks, estimate time, review works, and make all required coordination and support the team.
• Devised overall strategy for documentation and identified as-built designs and final building information models (BIM).
• Prepare detailed design packages, checking and assuring design is complying with project standards and client requirements and aligned with international codes and standards.
  Review drawings and compare with design, provide comments and solutions if needed.
• Doing Quality control role by reviewing and checking other parties and interfaced designs like (MEP-Structure, etc..,) to provide comments if any and then follow up to coordinate and get integrated design.

• Sheikh Zayed Housing Program AL Seyouh, Sharjah, UAE

The project's scope of work consists of 821 villas, which feature 36 two-bedrooms, 46 three-bedroom, and 730 four-bedroom units. Covering an area of 1.3 million square meters. The 821-unit project aims to combine the quality of life and sustainability, employing energy-efficient architectural designs.

• Six Flags Dubai land, Dubai UAE

It is designed to be laid out in six different areas, much like the original concepts of Six Flags over Texas. It has included 25 Rides and attractions, and 30,000 sqm of facilities with a plot area of 330,000 sqm.

Responsibilities:

Modern architecture design for an office building with a plot area of 3,150 sqm.

19 Hospitality floors with more than 90 meters in height with a plot area of 2,300 sqm.

It has an area of 5,000 sqm designed in the Islamic style and includes 50 apartments.

The largest women's university campus in the world, it has an area of

8 million square meters. It includes 18 colleges and institutes - Mosque - Central library - University hospital - Conference and seminar center - Sports centers - Research centers - Administrative buildings – A driving school for women - Housing for faculty members and Students and other utilities, As well as the monorail (single-line train) to ensure ease of movement between the university's facilities and faculties.

Responsibilities:

• Creating BIM information modeling using Revit, creating families and templates, participating to optimize the quality of models and do data extraction and 3d visualization.
