· Maintaining all staff personal records in HR system. Make sure that all necessary documents are up to date
· Validating and processing expense claims related to travel, transportation, shift compensation and process them for approval and payment.
· Responsible for monthly payroll.
· Monitor attendance and vacation status of employees.
· Responsible for administration logistics in term of transportation, travel and personnel services.
· Responsible for legal formalities related to residency and work permits, insurance, and visas.
· Oversee all job vacancies, prepare advertisements and announce them, and hire through standard AAU’s policy.
· Responsible for all changes concerning the organization charts, including transferring between branches and departments.
· Responsible for all HR statistics
· Responsible for booking tickets, hotel’s reservations and transportation
· Arrange and follow up the procedure of issuing health insurance cards, active member list, receiving / processing, and following up reimbursement claims.
· Preparing correspondence, faxes & memos, creating & maintain office filing system-generating & distributing of weekly & monthly reports.
Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the HR and administrative functions of the office, as operations ramp up in a new location, and responsible for designing and implementing policies and procedures for managing budgeting, banking, human resources and facilities management to ensure that the organization is managed efficiently
Sound knowledge of MOHRE/UAE Labor Law
