Carry out customer-facing consultation to help organizations build enterprise-grade UC solutions.

• Analyze customers challenges and requirements through Need Analysis sessions.
• Articulate solution's business value to CxO's demonstrating ROI of the proposed solutions.
• Present, demonstrate, design business-grade UC solutions to customers.
• Carry out technical enablement programs with partners to best position UC solutions to customers.

Build top-notch videoconference network for the organization to run virtual classes.

• Design complex videoconference integrations into the organization IT infrastructure & AV systems to provide the best user experience possible.
• Manage/maintain organization's entire audio/visual systems.
• Align with executive faculty members to align to organization's needs
• Engage with solution providers to build RFP's representing end-user requirements from technology & user experience aspects.
• Implement configuration change to increase end user satisfaction

Manage all IT operations in HQ & remote offices including support services team with responsibility to develop the company IT infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain policies to control information technology and security for IT operations.
• Evaluation of technical operation performance and executing any correction/improvement required

• Experts in multi-vendor Unified Communications solutions related to networing, security, and audiovisuals.
• Provide technical solution information updates to partners assisting sales team with presales activities.
• Carry out Type Approval process with telecom providers.
• Build training center for organization to achieve higher revenue.

Provide technical support to customers & partners handling technical issues escalations by reproducing and providing solutions.

• Solution demonstrations for customers to introduce complete solutions.
• Attend customer meetings to assist sales team with technical inquiries.
• Assist in evaluation of new products and services to be added to company portfolio.

Performing On-site installation and commissioning for large videoconference networks

• Interfacing videoconference systems to the customer network (ISDN, LAN, WAN, Leased line, MUX, ROUTER… etc.)
• Install and commission xDSL links with various interfaces V.35, RS- and G.703 / G.704.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ISDN & leased lines & last mile xDSL using Bit Error Rate (BER) and xDSL testers.
• A/V integration with videoconference (Projectors / Plasmas / Cameras / mixers / Video Switchers / Whiteboard / etc…
