- Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
- Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the manager.
- Work on POS system for billing on cash counter and generate daily sales report for manager.
- Daily collection reconciliation with sales report and submit to Finance Department to deposit in Bank.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Estimates food and beverage costs.
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
