I am a person who adept in improving production facilities, reducing the incidence of costly breakdowns and developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes & equipments.
§ To safely and cost effectively manage & control the Commissioning & maintenance program including support services & optimize mechanical rotating equipment’s reliability/availability to meet production targets.
§ Hands on experience on overhaul, trouble shooting, root cause analysis & condition monitoring of Gas Engines, Gas turbines, Reciprocating & Centrifugal Gas Compressors ,Pumps and other rotating equipment’s like fin fan coolers etc.
§ Manage the maintenance function to ensure safety is the uppermost priority. Ensure good standards of work quality and a cost effective operation. Maximize critical rotating machinery reliability & ensure all maintenance work scopes are optimally planned within the constraints of production. Progress personnel development through structured training both on job and competency related.
§ Carry out first line maintenance /installation of advanced rotating machinery equipment’s such as multi stage centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, SGT 200gas turbines unit, Gas& diesel engines.
§ To investigate equipment technical issues and provide expert technical advice to management and other departments/divisions, particularly on the subjects of piping, valves, fittings, coolers, exchangers, filters, flares, vessels. Assists in troubleshooting complex or recurring problems related to mechanical and recommends technically sound and cost effective solutions.
§ Maintaining and overhauling of Pumps (Centrifugal Reciprocating) Compressors (Reciprocating single stage, multistage, rotary) Turbines (Impulse Type) Generators etc.
· Support Mechanical supervisor and Specialist and carry out maintenance during commissioning activities.
§ Responsible for detail design engineering, supplier documentation for integration within project design (Details/Calculations/Fabrication Procedures etc.).
§ Responsible for prepare and approve rotating equipment data sheet technical specifications and drawing.
§ Responsible for all technical enquires from EPC contractor, as deemed necessary in respect to
§ Equipment. Ensure safe, economic and technically sound decision in EPC projects.
§ Perform Plant maintenance and shutdown planning through MS Project and Primavera.
§ Responsible to analyse complex or recurring problems relating to static, rotating equipment’s & recommending appropriate solution.
§ Responsible of maintenance & spare parts planning of rotating & static equipment’s during shutdown.
§ Planning of mechanical maintenance work on weekly and daily basis and inspection program.
§ Responsible for reliability enhancement of stationary and rotating equipment’s.
§ Issue PTW, work orders and assure spare parts and consumable available.
§ Report and data input into CMMS (MAXIMO) to ensure proper equipment performance monitoring.
§ Hands on experience in the Commissioning, Preventive, Corrective and Shut down maintenance on Diesel & Gas Engines.
§ Responsible for power up large power houses on turnkey basis.
§ Responsible for shutdown maintenance of reciprocating compressors, pumps and other accessories of Power plant like heat exchangers, cooling towers and boilers.
§ Responsible for complete design and installation of Power plant utilities.
§ Responsible for all Correspondence with Caterpillar about all failure /analytical parameter of different rotating components in generators to do so prepare mechanical data sheets in excel for better feedback/deep failure analysis of equipment’s
§ Provide Technical Support to Product Sales Rep. in order to meet Sales Targets.
§ Analyze Field & Schedule Oil Sample reports, advice/coordinate with customers about internal condition of Engines & Construction Equipment’s. Also help customer on selection of different lube oil as per application &environmental condition
