• Inspection of site activities, material inspection, implementation of the established procedure & ITP.
• In charge of carrying out regular inspections on the work carried out on site and monitoring the tests and work of major activities.
• Coordinating with architects and clients.
• Coordinating with consultant inspection testing. Maintain calibration register, FDT register, cube register, verification of material handling and storage. The activities include Construction of resident buildings, concrete slab, Concrete columns, raft Concrete, underground water tank, and pavement road.
• Inspection of various types of grouting like cementitious & epoxy grout for heavy machineries etc.
• Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible field Engineer, Supervisor or Forman of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications.
• Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated and the appropriate inspection and test plan (ITP).
• Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate from or check list , as indicated on the relevant ITP and sign off the same.
• Ensure that any outstanding work or remedial work required is brought to the attention of the responding site/ field Engineer, supervisor or Forman.
• Report any defected material or non-conforming activity to the project Manager / site QA/QC Manager.
• Prepare handover Documentation packages as required.
• Co-coordinating with the site / independent testing laboratory / third party inspection and site / field Engineer / Supervisor / Forman in conducting tests and to document and submit them for client’s approval.
• Comply with all safety instructions and standing instructions.
• Preparation & submission of final dossier for the project
