Distribution Planning:

  • Act as the primary contact for Middle East distributors, managing the entire order process, pricing updates, and ensuring seamless communication with Market Managers & Supply Chain teams.
  • Oversee distribution of Finished Goods & POSM, handling transport, export documentation, and customer service KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze orders based on stock projections, inventory levels, and supply capacity to ensure On-Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries.

Supply Planning:

  • Analyze orders in APO to ensure they align with forecasts and recommend strategies for phasing out older SKUs.
  • Oversee inbound shipments from the Maison, coordinating with the 3PL provider for customs clearance and ensuring inventory accuracy within the system.
  • Coordinate with the Maison regarding new vintages, allocations, and market quotas, update this information to both the supply chain team and market managers.

Logistics Operations:-

  • Follow up with the 3rd party logistics on the delivery process, update the customers on expected arrival dates and any risk of delay.
  • Plan delivery of all orders as needed, to achieve transport freight optimization and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain high level of customer service including advance advice of shipping information, completeness of shipping documentation, prompt response to customer requests.

  • Day to day follow up with planners, regional distribution center, and warehouse to ensure the on-time delivery of the materials. Coordinating all internal communication across the globe with plants, forwarders, logistics, PLM, CSM Send partners and distributors weekly backlog report on status of orders.

  • ABC Classification of products. Identify non-moving and shelf life of stocks and update sales. Planning Monthly stock replenishment considering Lead time, agreed stock days.
    Ensure OOS /Surplus situation by regularly monitoring inventory level.
  • Create purchase order (LPO/IPO) in the system (SAP) and Issue PO to supplier factories.
  • Sending out RFQ's to approved suppliers and reviewing the feedback from the supplier and making sure the supplier quote matches with all our parameters like pricing, delivery & payment.
  • Track the status of any orders and deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
    Interact with the suppliers on lead time and follow up to ensure the goods leave the supplier warehouse on time.
