* Welcome and acknowledge all Guests according to the hotel standards.
* To perform the service standard according to the outlet's SOP.
* Ensure Food and Beverage order are of a consistently good standards and
delivered in a timely manner.
* Cleaning areas of the restaurant, and clearing any unneeded chinaware,
glassware, and silverware from tables, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
* Flexible in assisting in different areas of the hotel in response to business and
client needs.
* Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and hygiene.
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health safety.

* Operating the MICROS system for processing orders and payments.

* Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

* Follow correct reporting procedures.

* Ensure knowledge of menu including food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic, beverages and all products.

* Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner.

*Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

*Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
