- Risk Management – all associated risk are to be identified, assessed and registered with appropriate mitigation measures identified
- Budget Control – ownership of the Work Order budget, check weekly time books & approve, provide monthly and end of contract forecasts to the cost control team
- Development of the bid strategy, proposal plan and resource requirements.
- Prepare the initial assessment of the technical, financial, contractual, schedule, logistical and/or other unusual risks associated with the proposal and resultant contract.
- Establishment of any commercial agreements including Terms and Conditions assessment.
- Verify firm bids & resultant offers are at approved margin levels.
- Define the scope of work and services to be offered to the customer and the value of the Company's offer.
- Monitor proposal follow-up activity with the account team and customer as appropriate to ensure satisfaction related to deliverable's.
- Post order placement, the management of the order in all technical and commercial aspect.
- To ensure timely collection of advance and due payments to maintain healthy cash-flow.
