• Key experience in the project administration and technical coordination for ADDC, ALDAR, and ADM projects
• Attend meetings with the Client and consultant for monthly progress and follow-up and preparation of MOM
• Preparing Material submittals, Document submittals, RFI, DPR, and Monthly progress reports as per ADDC, ALDAR, and ADM standards
• Procurement experience with the ADDC approved vendors
• Routing all Maximo-related activities such as generating work orders, SVR, and LAP/PTW submissions.
• Preparation of Joint measurement, RCDR, and progress invoice and follow-ups
• Reviewing ADDC specs/standards
• Coordinating and Obtaining ADM ENOC & Permits through Online Portals.
• Liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client teams to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
• Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on time, in terms of the NOC process by preparing a Tracking sheet
• Preparation and review of quality-related documents such as WIR, MIR, Checklist, and MOS for all project stages as per ADDC/ADM/ALDAR standards
• Witnessing the FAT to ensure compliance with ITP
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to the site team, subcontractors and vendors
• Manage, report, track and monitor quality issues.
• Participate in the review of a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Coordinate with all discipline for closure of IR,NCR ,SOR

· Developed, managed, implemented, and maintained the MEP design standards.

· Coordinating with client and submission of work schedules.

· Analyze the SLD and to prepare the BOQ and offer for the customer.

· Analyze, plan and assign the work items to team members and get them done.

· Study of drawing and execute the work.

· Cable size calculation, cable scheduling & its route selection in underground (or) over head.

· To guide the cable tray fixing and cable laying.

· To check the connections of bus bar ,switches arrangement, earth electrodes and lighting arrestors.

· Responsibility for the purchase materials to be check.

• Coordinated with ELV and electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
• Monitored ELV installation quality and estimation and billing etc. for high-rise buildings and commercial buildings.
• Preparation of field measurement sheet as per BOQ.
• Provide safety permit for all technicians and labours in addition to ensuring that they are adhered strictly.
• Ensure that all required materials are available at the start of the day for the scheduled work (BOQ vs PO).
