Responsibilities:
- As a Site Incharge / Commissioning Lead, I managed the site engineers' team and was involved in the end-to-end telecom system and ELV system installation, device setup, site modifications, configurations, commissioning, SAT, and training to the end user of LAN/WAN, PA/GA, CCTV, ACS, FIDS, SMS, UHF, VHF, and hotline systems.
- Prepared the training materials, delivered post-commissioning training to end-users, covering system usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Performed fault finding and repair activities, including the replacement of PTZ gear mechanisms, wiper motor assemblies, and other critical components of Technovideo Ex-Proof cameras, to restore full functionality.

- Executed installation, modification, and interconnection wiring for SDH systems (Symfonet and Coriant), Connection Master, and Cisco LAN network switches, ensuring high availability and seamless communication infrastructure.
- Performed installation, configuration, modification, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of Enatel 48V DC telecom UPS systems, ensuring a stable DC power supply for critical telecom equipment.
- Led the safe decommissioning of obsolete Symfonet SDH and Nokia PDH systems, including disconnection, labelling, and documentation updates as per project protocols.

- CCTV Systems: Supervised installation, conducted end-user inspections, and performed pre-commissioning of CCTV field camera systems. Provided configuration, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) support for the Pelco Endura video management platform.
- PA/GA Systems: Oversaw installation and pre-commissioning of PA/GA system racks, field loudspeakers, and flashing beacons. Collaborated with Federal Signal OEM specialists for hardware wiring modifications, configuration, commissioning, and SAT activities.
- Cisco IP/MPLS Network: Supervised installation and pre-commissioning of Cisco IP/MPLS systems, including fibre optic connectivity testing, end-user inspection, and ensuring robust and secure network integration for telecom infrastructure.
- Field Telephone Systems: Directed installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning of explosion-proof field telephone systems, ensuring full compliance with safety, operational, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervised the installation, modification, and integration of critical Telecom and ELV field infrastructure, including PA/GA system cabinets and loudspeakers, CCTV field cameras and VMS (Pelco), access control equipment (RBH), field telephony systems, Motorola UHF radio systems, and associated fibre optic backbone.
- Performed detailed pre-commissioning activities for multiple systems, including Tyco PAGA, Pelco CCTV, RBH access control, Motorola UHF radio, and field telephone systems, ensuring functionality, signal integrity, and readiness for final commissioning in line with project standards and client requirements.
- As a key member of the commissioning team, I provided technical support for the installation, configuration, and functional testing of Tyco PAGA and Pelco CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
