Job responsiblities -

• Preparation of mobilization of project.
• Preparation of program and plan for the completion of the project.
• Arrangements of material submittals for required works to consultants.
• Arrangements and submission of quotation to the manager for the finalization.
• Supervise the complete project, including MEP work.
• Coordinate with the MEP/civil team to achieve the targets and meet the project deadline.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Architectural elements and structural elements such as RCC structure.
• Deep understanding of building layouts, utility layouts, and parking layouts.
• Detailed understanding of MEP services in residential projects and commercial projects.
• Strong Understanding of project reporting, including preparation of timely and accurate project weekly and monthly project reports and progress against cost and schedule.
• Prepare inspection reports and coordinate with consultant for approvals.
• Arrangements of logistic provisions for construction of project.
• Preparation of project schedule & reviewing of method statements.
• Skillfully deal with client, consultants, and subcontractors
