Responsible for strict supervision of team members for their assigned tasks in order to accomplish them on time and lead them towards maximum productivity and efficiency with safety and quality
Make the work area hazard free and take HOT WORK PERMIT from safety department
Make sure the work area is safe before starting work
Conduct toolbox, pre-task briefing and Task Risk Assessment to all workers under my supervision prior to start work
Explain the work and targets to each worker or group of workers
