Site Project Manager for the TCM/ADNOC Onshore’s Al Dhabbi’ya Phase III Project. Direct reporting to the Energy Division Director. In charge for the coordination of all the close-out Engineering and Construction Activities, including Punch-list, final documentation, post commissioning Dossier and Site demobilization.

I coordinate the various site departments: Technical Office & Residual Engineering, Local Purchase, QA/QC, HSE, P-Con, Interface and Administration Management.

In charge of the development and execution of several Prospects and Projects in the Area of Abu Dhabi. Responsible for the respect of time and Budget for the various assets under construction. Driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with key clients, and expanding the company's market presence in Abu Dhabi.

Led the contract management (both Contract Administration and bid management, engaging with third parties/sub-contractors, and computing competitive costs in relation to labor, tools, machinery, and consumables.

Covering several roles within the business Development, the commercial and the tendering fields. These roles entailed the coordination and management of several complex tasks, both with the direct-Hired resources and with the supply chain and sub-contracted services. I have followed several initiatives with prime parties, such as:

• Tadweer Group - (Supply & Maintenance of Waste Containers in Abu Dhabi City).
• Provis Property Management – (Abu Dhabi Mosques Pest Control Services for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Western Region and Aldar Owner's Association Assets based in Abu Dhabi).
• Ejadah Facility Management – (Masdar City Communities & Buildings).
• Farnek Facility Management – (Khalifa University).
• Ministry of Defense.
• NPCC (NMDC Group) – (Zirku Island).
• Abu Dhabi National Hotels (Offshore & Onshore Projects).
• RMB General Contracting (MBZ Construction Project).
• Taaleem Holdings Charter Schools (across Abu Dhabi).

Overseeing Business Development and Project Execution. Coordinated, along with the Company owner all the company initiative spanning from technical, Logistics, Commercial and administration across the UAE. Overseeing both project mobilization and handover. Arranging other required services from third parties / sub-contractors.
