Job Profile:

Experienced Third-Party Inspector specializing in piping, welding, coating inspections, and test package verification. Skilled in conducting inspections, witnessing tests, reviewing documentation, and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate WPS, PQRs, and welder qualifications per ASME, API, and project standards. Monitor pre-welding, welding, and post-welding activities, including material verification, joint preparation, and fit-up. Conduct visual weld inspections and review NDT results (RT, UT, PT, MT). Manage piping inspections covering material traceability, alignment, supports, and compliance with P&IDs, isometrics, and MTCs. Supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic, flushing, and air blowing tests. Audit and compile test packages with all QA/QC records (WPS, NDT, MTCs, calibration, test reports). Support system walkdowns, line reinstatement, punch list closures, and final acceptance. Oversee coating activities: surface preparation, environmental conditions, DFT, adhesion, and holiday testing per NACE/SSPC standards. Ensure coating material compliance, shelf life control, and accurate inspection reporting.

Competencies:

Expertise in welding, piping, NDT, and coating inspections. Proficient in international codes (ASME Sec IX, B31.3, NACE, SSPC).
