ð Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system to support the Project Director's and allow him to complete the project according to the baseline schedule and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements
ð Information Organize project review meetings, evaluate and report to PD about project growth.
ð Responsible for schedule development and monitoring in accordance with project procedures and client contract requirements
ð Prepare and deliver any technical project control requirements on planning, programming, commercial, risk and delivery matters
ð Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems, Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule
Planning and scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, forecasting, complex analysis, and contractor coordination for the Infrastructure and Equipment installation
ð Management of risks: Manage the risk register, update it, and lead the risk meetings: Identify and mitigate project risks.
ð Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages. Provides the needed expertise and technique in cost control and contract management and coordinates project estimation efforts;
ð Identify critical path and project milestones, integrate schedules to create a master program
ð Reviews and approves invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.On a very frequent basis, to identify and notify the delays to the contractor.

ð Prepare and Review Extension of Time (EoT) claims.
ð Prepare Revised Baseline Schedule including approved E.O.T Claim.
ð Provide financial performance reviews project execution and schedule on an on-going basis.
