As a teacher, I strive to support the children in my class both academically and pastorally whilst creating an encouraging and stimulating learning environment. I plan innovative and engaging lessons, using a variety of teaching methods to ensure the lesson is accessible to all students. I nurture positive and respectful relationships with parents, as I believe it contributes to a thriving school environment. Continued professional development is of utmost importance as a teacher as it is imperative that we, as professionals, strive to continuously develop our skills and to be informed of the latest teaching pedagogy.
