• Track and trace including, confirming that Covid-19 patients were in quarantine and receiving medical care if needed.
• Covid-19 hotline including, giving information about Covid-19, directing emergency patients to the ER, and booking patients to see doctors virtually (doctors for every citizen initiative)

• Worked on iWellness study, a randomized controlled trial project study design to understand the effect of the support a smartphone application provides for students with depression at Harvard collage
• Reviewed and addressed the privacy and participants safety issues raised by the IRB
• Tested research tool such as surveys, smartphone application, and website
• Analyzed statistical data
• Summarizied search results by preparing written reports, graphs, fact sheets and tables

• Developed a quality improvement strategy for DHA laboratories, this led to accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP)
• Negotiated public private partnership between DHA and pharmaceutical conglomerates to secure funding for several quality improvement initiatives
• Co-evaluated the human resource strategy at the department this resulted in higher employee productivity and fair evaluations
• Designated by the department director to lead the department for the Dubai Excellence Award evaluation
• Co-developed the new department charter; vision, mission, strategy
