Masterplanner with over 9 years of experience in architecture, engineering, project management, urban design, and masterplanning. Successfully contributed to major projects at TDIC and Aldar, including community masterplans, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments. • Alanoud has achieved the below in her study and early career path:
• Awarded by his highness sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasmi, in the science research forum in the university of Sharjah, for the best architectural design.
• Nominated as top two in the urbanism competition sat by SHUROOQ, for the good urban planning done on their site given (peninsula).
• Won the tender of the structural design for G+2 reinforced concrete building, because of the best cost provided while maintaining the safety, quality, and aesthetic.
• Awarded by SASA (Sharjah Architectural Student Association) for the best landscape project done.
• Nominated by the senior management (TDIC) for Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance in less than 1 year

• Provide input and innovative ideas to master planning team.
• Participate in prequalification process and assist and oversee assessments of consultant.
• Carry out weekly and monthly reporting of progress and issues to the line manager.
• Participate in master planning presentations and review all master plan related submittals from pre-concept to detailed master plan (beyond that if needed any master planning input).
• Administer, where necessary, the consultant contract in relation to contract implementation, measuring completed work for payments, variation orders etc.
• Ensure that the consultant comply with UPC AD 2030 vision, Estidama and other authority requirements in his master plan.
• Manage the master plan progress against the program.
• Liaise with consultants and ensure that all PRSs and master planning submittals are in line with DMT requirements.
• Review consultants work submittals against project brief and recommend changes in case of deviation. Provide adequate level of support to relevant department in scoping of various tenders
• Work closely with development and Infrastructure teams to ensure design fit with overall plan
• Work closely with the development control team to resolve all the master planning issues related to the third parties requests.

• Provide master planning input on feasibility through test fits based on plots development parameters.
• Support in the Master Planning Management and Project Management of the master plan projects in to the completion of the Detailed Master Plan (DMP) or Detailed Infrastructure Design.
• Assist in the preparation of the RFP and rendering documents.
• Contribute towards the Aldar Design Guidelines with input from projects functions.
• Review design documentation for the purpose of validating master planning brief / reports.
• Review consultants work submittals against project brief and recommend changes in case of deviation.
• Ensure that all master plan changes are clearly communicated to the master planning VP(s) & related functions to be reflected in the forecasts.

• Provide adequate level of support to relevant department in scoping of various tenders.

• Leading Governmental projects in Different Scales with Different Scopes and Natures.

• Managing a team of 4 members of Masterplanners, Urban Designers, and GIS Technicians.
