Summary

Having the opportunity to live and work in the UAE for more than 18 years, my knowledge of the UAE and GCC region provides me with pride and the advantage of calling Dubai my home. Additionally, having the opportunity to live in Dubai provided the benefit of living and working in a dynamic, multicultural, and multinational environment.

Starting my career early in Human Resources as one of the few lucky to join Saipem’s Graduate Development Program, I was given a lifetime opportunity to enter the Oil and gas Energy Industry from an early age of my professional career and work internationally. That was my ticket to establish HR foundations by learning, working hard, and collaborating hands-on with high-level industry professionals in Human Resources and all other areas of the organization. That makes me a strong and confident business oriented and driven HR generalist who deals with organizational and business demands using experience, best HR practices, logic or common sense, market or industry practices, and company policies/procedures.

One of my goals is well-being through a healthy lifestyle and using as much free time as possible to learn something new.

My educational background includes a MSc in Economics, and most recently, I completed a Master Degree in International Relations.
