Currently working as an Adjunct Instructor at Dubai College of Tourism, a vocational institution established by Dubai Tourism as part of their initiative to develop world-class service-industry professionals, my role includes:

• Delivering course content that covers practical skills and business-related knowledge relevant to the retail, hospitality, tourism and events industries.
• Preparing students for success in their future careers through industry-focused project work and assessments.
• Tailoring lesson plans to foster student engagement and a positive learning environment including the use of a range of teaching methods and educational tools.
• Examining and grading assessments and project work.
• Achievement of Highfield International Award in Delivering Training Level 3 (Merit).

• Responsible for both retail and wholesale sales for Guerlain in top London stores (including Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols), planning and communication skills were key to building relationships both internally and externally as I worked to drive sales growth and implement marketing strategies, working with team members at every level to exceed business objectives.

• As Department Manager in Harrods' Beauty Halls, I oversaw a large team of Assistant Managers and sales staff, ensuring achievement of sales targets, high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Teaching conversational English in Spain, I worked for at a state-run language school, encouraging confidence, engagement and participation through a range of interactive teaching methods.
