Conducted Gap analysis and identified the areas of improvement in operations and systems to generate/Save a cost of 10M Euros for the Antwerp terminal.

• System Migration General Cargo & CT -DPW Tanzania

Studied and adapted the complex process of business in Tanzania and acquired new skill of General Cargo planning and execution to develop the training materials and deliver courses for GC and CT.Collaborative efforts with Group IT/Zodiac Team/Safety and execution team resulted smooth handover of Port of Tanzania to DP World.

• Optimization and Training - DPW Sokhna

Evaluated the Zodiac backend for the terminal to identify the major showstopper.

Studied the terminal process and created training materials and trained all the control employees to handle system efficiently and improve the terminal productivity.

• Automation Testing & Training -DPW Jeddah

Analyzed & tested the new automation concept and systems in Auto RTG to redifine the camera matrix and provided training for all the Control room staff in the new automation module.
