I joined the Black Ridge Real Estate team as a manager and hired my team of ten people and trained them on the principles of sales and selling methods, then taught them and introduced them to real estate developers in Dubai and what are the investment advantages in Dubai in particular and the Emirates in general, and we started working as a team. Here I was focusing and following up with my team members with their clients and going out to meetings to close deals. I closed many deals with more than one developer from Emaar, Azizi, Samana, Damac, Empire and Docasta. Working as a team leader is a successful and wonderful experience and we aspire for more success and new experiences.
