• Process outgoing sales orders documentation
• Prepare sales documents (Invoice, packing list, COO & Customs BOE) for outgoing sales orders on ERP
• Organize dispatch schedule internally with warehouse, finance, QC & with customers externally send shipment advices to customers.
• Ownership of sales process completion on ERP system.
• Process customs clearance for outgoing orders at hamriyah free zone customs.
• Handle aftersales service and coordinate internally to provide needed service to the customers (Documentation, technical, logistics etc. issues)
• Audit sales document on daily and quarterly basis and provide for external auditors.
• Prepare and follow up on export LC documentation and handle cycle from PFI issuance to LC draft checking, documents preparation, submission to advising bank, submission to issuing bank until payment receipt.
• Handle additional responsibilities unities like, handle Import & Export Hamriyah Free zone customs clearance, Khaled port & Jebel Ali port customs clearance, company reception while dedicated staff is on leave.
• Contributed in sales setting sales forecast
• Prepare weekly demand, Production plan for two plants, monitor and coordinate the process internally.
