Cinema Manager in charge of all aspects of the day-to-day supervision of cinemas. lead cinema operations to ensure and meet the customer needs and achieve revenue targets. perform the duties utilizing efficient operations which are focused on fair people management systems and standard operating procedures.
· Manage the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the cinema and adhere all legislative requirements in the operation of the cinema
· Monitor and ensure a high standard of customer service in all areas of cinema operations and ensure the company rules and regulations are implemented.
· Control cinema profitability through management of payroll, inventory, expenses, budgeting, repairs and Maintenance.
· Ensure all areas of Cinema are well maintained in accordance with security, health and safety throughout hiring good source contractors for maintenance, Pest control and etc.
· Assist HR with recruitment and selection of the employees and arranging the training for the staff and new mangers.
· Managing Concession, food and beverage and ancillary sales in order to achieve the target.
· Responsible for the cinema assets, supervise cash handling and storage in line with the company procedure s, Maintain good and accurate records.

• To effectively appraise and manage team performance, in line with company policy and procedures, ensuring that business objectives and targets are achieved within appropriate timescales.
• Manage daily operations of the theatre complex (Including but not limited to: labour cost, cost of sales, revenue control, speed of service, Guest satisfaction, equipment & procedure training, safety of Guests & Employees).
• Assist with the execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with the selection, training & development and employment of team members.
• Assist with maintaining control over operational expenses.
• Assist with the administration and operation for all technical systems (POS, Office Management, Projection, etc)
• Communicate and respond as required to Novo Cinemas office staff, Operations Dept team members, suppliers, contractors, and community groups/mall management in order to identify and resolve operational issues or concerns as needed.
• Maintain constant awareness of current trends within the cinema industry
• Assist with the monitoring of Guest satisfaction; determine opportunities to enhance the movie-going experience and respond appropriately to challenges or obstacles that reduce positive Guest experiences.
• Provide consistent performance feedback to team members and address performance issues in a timely manner using effective performance management tools.
