- Ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service consistent with the brand.
Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Responsible for associate acceptable and standard level of development, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
- Give the required guidance and solve any issue related to the store or its operations.
- Will be reporting directly to the GM where all the store staff such as (supervisors, helpers, sales, cashiers) will be reporting to the store manager.
- Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Responsible for all the assets in the store such as (goods inventory, computers and product)
- Do weekly, monthly yearly report with SWOT analysis based on sales report to improve the work and achieve the needed target
-Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer, Set up
-meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Build and promote
-strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
needs,
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial, Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, Present sales, revenue
-expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team,Negotiate/close deals and
handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Identify and assess customers’ needs
to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and
call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
