• Site Coordination & Execution: Supervising site activities and ensuring quality standards, managing contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and conducting site inspections while resolving technical issues.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Handling client meetings, presentations, and approvals; translating client requirements into practical design solutions; and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, MS Project, and Excel for planning and reporting.
