- Preparation & Submission of technical reports of soil investigation and material testing works
- Engineering Recommendations for shallow (Safe bearing capacity of the soil/rock, Settlements, Sub-grade reactions), Soil parameters, seismic parameters and coefficient of earth pressure
- Pile foundations of high rise buildings (working loads capacity, bearing resistance and skin friction are estimated based on the SPT values and unconfined compressive strength of the rock cores extracted from various depths of the boreholes drilled, Working Loads of Piles in Tension, Modulus of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction and Pile Settlement.
- Advise ground improvement methods such as soil replacement, stone columns, cobblestone and dynamic compaction
- Train fresh Geotechnical & Material Engineers
- Coordinate jobs with consultants and contractors
- Supervision of site investigation activities and laboratory testing for assuring high level of quality
- Reporting any non-confirmed, unexpected results and any Breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate and interact with (consultants, contractors, government authorities such as: Abu Dhabi municipality, Ministry of public works..etc for pre and post of the projects and discuss about (Documentations, time charts, pricing, number of boreholes, depth of boreholes, extra tests) if required
- Prepare building evaluation when required: Adding floors, Extend the existing construction, maintenance or demolishing possibilities
- Building assessment by visual monitoring to decide proper tests for evaluation.
- Reviewed designs, plans and reports to ensure constant compliance with project specifications.
