Short Term Assignment (STA) as Head of Banking Operations and Customer Communications - WPB - UAE.
- Banking Operations: My role is to make sure that SLAs are met and are aligned with business, manage costs as per targets, oversight on controls and make sure controls are affective and risks are monitored. Also, good and affective communication with all stakeholders, meet their needs and seek for improvement opportunities are main tasks in this role.
This role include oversight on 3 teams which consist of 2 abroad teams and 1 onshore team.
- Customer Communications: My role is to manage vendors and make sure that all vendor's activities are aligned with SLAs. Must ensure that adequate oversight and control over vendors are in place.
