As the Senior Product Designer at GoPlus, I lead initiatives to elevate our product’s user experience through a cohesive and innovative design approach. I successfully implemented a design system that has not only streamlined our design process but also strengthened cross-functional collaboration, enhancing communication and understanding between design and tech teams.

My role includes:

• Structuring and refining the product’s information architecture to ensure an intuitive, user-centered experience.

• Actively participating in feature decision-making to align with both stakeholder vision and market needs, ensuring the product’s growth and relevance.

• Mentoring junior designers, fostering growth, and contributing to a high-performing design team.

• Supporting the tech team in understanding design decisions, which has improved our shared outcomes and accelerated development timelines.

Through these contributions, I play a central role in GoPlus’ product evolution, helping shape a product that excels in both form and function.

• Reestablishing the data structure of ADAK semi ERP(B2B product): entities, data flow, features, main actions, etc
• Providing redesign roadmap for 7 ERP modules
• Leading depth competitive research
• Designing Adak's new brand identity
• Redesigning data flow between shared features among modules

• In-Depth user research for MCI B2B product( MCI Club)
• A thorough analysis of business's requirement for establishing an effective and efficient communication platform (MCI headquarter, its branches and public offices)
• Developing a complete, complex, tortuous, and CSS-ready structure design system based on React components
• Developing an elaborated information architecture that comprises the needs of eight different offices of the MCI sales department
• Preparing responsive structure, wireframes, and UI design of the MCI Club platform
• Dealing with establishing accessibility standards in the platform( due to diversity in user demographic characteristics)

• Developing design system( contain nearly one thousand component/design items and style guides)
• Make use of Technical Design ( adopting CSS box theory in UI design process)
• Created the whole interaction strategy that ease the navigation between different sections
• Preparing information architecture, wireframes, mockups etc
• Creating design style guide, modifying branding and enhancing company identity
• Conduct user research to design course's flow that properly communicate lessons and contents
• Creating wireframes, designing UI and prototyping in order to test design with real users
