• Rotation 1 - Paediatrics, University Hospital Centre of Oran (3 months) - Worked under the supervision of experienced paediatricians, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of paediatric cases including some rare diseases like marfan syndrome, criglar najjar syndrome and Wilson's disease
• Rotation 2 - Gynaecology and obstetrics, maternity Hospital of Oran (3 months) - Assisted in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of gynaecological conditions, including obstetric and non-obstetric cases
• Delivered babies and performed episiorraphy sutures
• Rotation 3 - Neurosurgery, Department of the Military Hospital of Oran (3 months) - Gained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various neurological conditions, including head and spinal cord injuries, tumours, and infections
• Learned to interpret diagnostic imaging, including CT and MRI scans, to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Developed a strong understanding of the importance of interdisciplinary care in the treatment of neurological conditions
• Rotation 4 - Gastroenterology Department of the Military Hospital of Oran (3 months) - Assisted in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of digestive disorders, including gastrointestinal bleeding, liver disease, and inflammatory bowel disease, with a focus on crohn disease and colon cancer
• Developed a strong understanding of the role of nutrition in digestive health and the importance of patient education in managing chronic conditions
