- In-Charge of Port Control Radio Station
- Communication and Coordination with Marine Pilots, Ships Master’s, Tugs Jetty Maintenance Personnel and other units during Vessel’s Arrival and Departure
- CREW MANIFEST and CARGO MANIFEST of Supply Vessels
- Operation and Maintenance of Radio Equipments in the Radio Room, and to keep all Equipments in Good Working Condition at all time
- Record keeping of all events during Ship’s Arrival, Cargo Operations, Siftings and Departure
- Informing ship’s Masters regarding Local Harbor Rule, and assisting Pilots in their administrative works
- Taking stock of all Moments of Cargo Loading and Discharging taking place in Port and at Anchorage place and passing the information to Higher Port Officials
- Day to Day interaction with Vessels Movement plan
- Coordinate and Monitor with OSVs and Bulk Plant for bunkering the Fuel, Water, Dry Bulk supply
- Controlling all yard operations and maintaining good communication and give instructions to incoming rigs and all type of vessels
- Co-ordination of pilot and tugs for berthing, docking and slipping of all type of vessels and rigs movements
- All the time monitoring all movements of vessels and supply boats through RADAR & AIS
- HADLING ALL THE MOVEMENTS IN FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE AREA
- ( AT a time minimum vessel at anchorage is more than 140,101 supply boats , 52 bunker barges,04 storage vessel, slop barges ) Arranging berthing and un berthing movements Tankers, Bulk vessels, tug & barges
- Handling LAZER DOCKING SYSTEM
- Checking the documents for SHIP TO SHIP operation also arrange operation
- Checking the all ship certificates
- Issuing PORT CLEARECE & ANCHORAGE CLEARENCE for vessel after cargo operation
- Approving IMMIGRATION PAPER for crew change
- Issuing Sanitation certificate and Garbage Clarence certificates for vessels and supply boats
- Taking immediate actions in any every emergency situation
- WORKING AS VTMS (SABB APP.) HADLING THE VESSELS AND BOAT WITH COVID POSITIVE CREW ON BOARD.
