I am a performance driven professional with 14+ years of experience across all aspects of contract and procurement management. For the past 6 years, I've led multiple strategic projects across various facets of Abu Dhabi Government Procurement, such as setting up of a procurement organization, development and implementation of strategic roadmaps, procurement policies and procedures, design and roll out of the Digital Procurement Platform, establishment of Government Wide Agreement (GWA) for common categories and development of executive dashboards. My extensive experience of leading complex projects across the Public Sector procurement has taught me to be more agile, outcome focused, and think strategically. I've been leading procurement organizations for past 7+ years, managing various functional and business aspects of running an organization, continuously improving, promoting effectiveness and efficiency.
