Responsible for processing the accurate and timely inputs of payroll data to ensure seamless and on-time salary processing to all Abu Dhabi Airports employees in coordination with the Finance Division. This includes calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation, as well as maintaining payroll records and reports. The Senior Payroll Officer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processing for the organization. • Process payroll standing data (Recurring Elements) including the processing of new hires, salary adjustments due to promotions, and updates to bank account information.

• Manage transactional payroll data (Non- Recurring Payroll elements), such as employee bonuses, allowances, and benefits (e.g., joining advances, housing allowances for new hires).

• Review and verify employee attendance, hours worked, and any pay adjustments, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in the system.

• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.

  • Develop and review Payroll processes, Standard Operating Procedures, KPI and SLAs for smooth functioning of the Payroll Function. Developing and implementing the Payroll & Payment Strategy in alignment with the bank’s strategy and business direction
  • Off-Cycle Payroll:
  • Handling off-cycle payments according to the payroll calendar agreed with stakeholders. Off-cycle Payment consists of incentive payments, leave salary advance, Sign on Bonus, Relocation payments and Bi-annual salary advances. This process including tracking, validation with system element entries, Payroll run, validation of payroll output with source file and sending payment instruction to the line manager to release
  • Support to improve customer satisfaction and employee experience.
  • Responsible to respond to all business and AskHR queries related to Payroll within 1 working day. Liaise with askHR team and stakeholders to resolve queries and escalate to line manager in case of query is exceeding the SLA of 1 working day.
