My duties and responsibilities at DC Aviation Al-Futtaim as CAMO Planning & Maintenance Program Engineer includes-

• Liaison with customer representatives and aircraft owners,
• Liaison with regulatory authorities and OEMs,

• Presenting CAMO during Audits and liaison,
• Maintenance records update on CAMP and AMOS,
• All other assistance to CAM as required.

Worked as CAMO Maintenance Planner, responsible for Part M functions and Technical support for fleet ranging from Challenger 605, Global 5000, Global 6000, Global Express, Learjet 60XR, Falcon 900DX & LX, Falcon2000 LXS, Gulfstream 450, Lineage 1000 and Legacy 600.

• Schedule maintenance planning for the fleet under CAMP and CMP system
• Aircraft Maintenance Scheduling and customer representation at Part 145 organizations

Function and Responsibilities-

• Prepare Work Package for Major Schedule Maintenance with required task cards
• Prepare documents for C of R, C of A & ARC Issue/Renewal
• Prepare & amend Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) as per latest revision of MPD
• Prepare & Revise Minimum Equipment List (MEL) as per latest
• MEL Prepare and Monitor TBO-COSL of Aircraft
• Maintain various Aircraft logbooks
• Generate Work order from Flypal software and CAMP application and ensure proper closing of work order asper approve procedure
• Prepare Material requisition (indent), required for Schedule or
• Scheduled Work and Co-ordinate with inventory department for timely availability of the same
• Prepare Inspection Schedules for Scheduled & Special Inspections as per AMM & EMM
• Review and monitoring of SB/AD/ASB for Falcon, Beechcraft, King-Air and Rotary wing aircraft
• Maintain FRB/JLB, and Update Hours Logging sheet
• Preparation of Engineering Statistical Report (ESR) for company fleet
• Review Monthly Man Hours Report, Work done report & Spares Consumption report
• Submit Service report pertaining to Maintenance Done on aircraft for Warranty against Falcon Care for Spares, Equipment & man Hours
• Supervising the overall Maintenance Planning team
• Submit Monthly Hours/ Cyc Report to Falcon Care
• Liaison with DGCA Regional office for Issue of ARC, and Approval /Revision of AMP, MEL etc
• Assist CAM and QM for planning, organizing, controlling and supervision of all activities of the CAMO Section.

Assisted in Bench check and calibration of various types of Aircraft Instruments and Ground Equipment.
