• I provide expert field and backend support for audiovisual and video conference systems across executive cabins, including the chairman's and managing director's, as well as VIP boardrooms, conference rooms, and meeting spaces. These facilities are equipped with Logitech and Barco systems. I manage live and hybrid events, mixing audio and video, and live streaming to global branches using platforms like Epiphan, Blackmagic, YouTube, Facebook, and our AV network.
• I also configure, operate, and troubleshoot Appspace, BrightSign, Logitech, Yealink, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and Google Meet. My responsibilities include setting up and testing equipment for events, maintaining sound and video systems, and performing monthly and semi-annual system checks. Additionally, I assist with implementing interactive projectors and managing audio/video editing, production, and archiving for the UAE International Operations Centre and worldwide branches. I also consult on service options, system designs, room layouts, and acoustic treatments for clients locally and internationally.

I manage live streaming via Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, and other platforms, handling online lectures, workshops, webinars, webcasts, and live events. My role includes maintaining AV systems in auditoriums and meeting rooms on a regular basis, setting up, operating, editing, and processing events with specialized AV hardware and software, and assisting with the implementation of interactive projectors and AV data processing tools.

• Additionally, I improved document organization by implementing a record-filing system, managed office mail and shipments, restocked supplies, and maintained stock levels.
