Operations Manager


Manage a Multi-Plant Operations:
• Oversee the operations of two MASA plants (R 9001 XL and 9.2 XL) and a Wil El Mil Kerbstone Plant in Al Jazeera Al Hamra, as well as an additional MASA plant (9.2 XL Servo) in Saih Al Bana, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

Maintenance Leadership:
• Lead maintenance activities across all plants, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency through a comprehensive maintenance program.
o Impact Reporting: keeps track of the unnecessary time wasted during production
o Spare Parts: Planned a yearly basis budget to keep sufficient spares in stores
o Daily preventative maintenance: Planned daily checkups activities to be done during the cleaning times.

Laboratory Management:
• Oversee laboratory operations to ensure product conformity through various testing and quality measures. This includes conducting
o In-process quality checks during production
o Oversee testing of Finished Products, to guarantee compliance with industry standards and achieving high-quality production outputs

Workshop Supervision:
• Supervise workshop activities ensuring effective maintenance and servicing of heavy trucks and equipment to support seamless operations.

Production Optimization and Process Improvement:
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand, maintain quality standards, and optimize plant operations.
• Drive Process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality.

Key Achievements:
• Led a project to upgrade machinery by designing and integrating 3 new devices to the machine, resulting in 15% reduced downtime.
• Increased production efficiency by 23% by optimizing plant operations and workflows.
• Led a project to improve product quality, achieving a 21% enhancement while reducing costs by 3.48%.

• Worked on supplying all kinds of Pavers & Kerbstones to various Al Ain & Abu Dhabi Municipality projects
