• Consult with people managers on employment relations issues, including disciplinary matters, employee development, and benefits offerings.
• Supervise and quality-assure the drafting of key HR policy documents to ensure full compliance with the Organization's rules and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and new initiatives aligned with the business strategy
• Provide payroll-related reporting, including KPIs and manager reports
• Led the integration of a new expense system "concur" with the payroll system
• Manage the processing of bi-weekly/monthly payroll for ~ 5,000 employees accurately & on time
• Execute annual salaries and bonus review process
• Administer retirement saving plans, control the tenure eligibility and ensure accurate calculations
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system driving high performance
• Facilitate benefit audits by balancing external payments versus internal deductions
• Interpret market pricing for competitive compensation packages for both new hires and internal stakeholders

Key Achievements: Implemented a policy improving employee & company financial performance. Co-led the union bargaining process for competitive & affordable compensation packages. Trained employees as a Heartstyle coach, enhancing their performance through behavior reflection.

Key Achievements: Led & implemented 'Lead with Heart' training sessions, ensuring comprehensive participation and certification of all restaurant managers. Successfully incorporated the program into the onboarding kit for all new hires across the organization.
