Deposits/withdrawals, Telegraphic transfers, Demand Drafts, Managers Cheques, Special Clearing (Inward & Outward), Etc. to meet procedural and control standards. Follows established rules, procedures and regulations and checks work for completeness and accuracy.
KYC analysist and updating Customer ID details Passport and Emirates ID and Files in customer existing profile,
Doing Call back confirmation with clients for local, international, internal, TT, Telegraphic Transfers, Swift,WPS,
Collecting of Documents for account openings from corporate clients and individual (current account/saving account) and supporting customers to fill AOF, and sending documents to concern person and department for the approval and follow up,
Creating Online Banking users for corporate and individual profile clients’ accounts,
Handling Receptionist work including Customer enquiries, Call Transfers, Debit card issuance support & Activation & Statement printing & IBAN Letter Issuance, Request Certificates for Accounts Balance & Manager Cheques Collection & hand over, DHL Corrier receiving & Sending, Cheque Book custodian & hand overing Clients upon on request
