To strategically identify and sign brokers / IFA’s on mutually agreed terms of business, provide training and support to existing partners, and negotiate and manage contracts and agreements in UAE.
· Responsible for setting clear goals for channel sales, designing and implementing strategies to mee these goals, and to tracking progress towards them.
· To coordinate with brokers/IFA’s to ensure they have the resources and information to sell the company’s products or services effectively.
· Collaborate with various teams like sales, marketing and product development in Dubai and India to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
· Analyze market trends, track competition, and address potential issues to improve channel performance.
