• Responsible for planning and maintaining flight crew training on day-to-day basis as per compliance to OM-D, EASA, FAA, GCAA.
• Confirming the slots as per customer requirements, managing daily disruptions caused due to last minute customer request, device AOG, regulatory request and due internal training requirements as well.
• Planning if internal training for internal instructors and wet training for B2B's as per the business requirements as well.
• Creating utilization report after the end of month.
• Maintaining data reports of the full flight simulators utilized by the customers, internal and wet training planned and successfully completed till date.
• Maintained accurate records of all planning activities for transparency and accountability.

• To analyze data and identify pilot training needs and plan recurrent training prior to expiry of IR /LR &PPC validities, Ground Training of cockpit crew.
• Keeping track of Simulator Standardization Expiry dates and communicating with SIM centers regularly to secure SIM revalidation approval from Regulator. Also, managing validity of Overseas Trainers Indoctrination and arranging timely renewals.
• Confirming the slots as per the training requirements, managing
  daily disruption caused due to last-minute change, regulatory
  requests and due to internal training requirements as well.
• Planning of eligible Co Pilots for PIC Upgrade and eligible pilots for trainer upgrade. This includes maintaining seniority list, planning of interview, SIM Assessment and Ground Classes.
• Maintaining data and reports of the SIM hours utilized & wet
  training planned and successfully completed till date and present them in the Monthly Business Review to HOD of Operations department.
• Planning of Gap in flying training (SIM/Line) as per regulatory
  requirements/. Daily Audit to check the legality of Trainer/ Trainee to perform their duty.
• To improve operations by minimizing overall costs through
  more efficient training planning in adherence to the current
  statutory regulations and company policies governing Flight
  Duty Time Limitations (FDTL).

• Crew Training and Planning and working on the Software called
  E-flight & responsible for the training plan of both the Cockpit
  crew and crew as per DGCA standards.
• Managing Cockpit crew and cabin crew roster on a daily
  basis.
• Tracking of Training Invoice as per the company Agreement.
• Arranging accommodation, tickets, visa, and Forex as per
  entitlement to the Pilots who are going for simulator training
  outside India. Ensuring the pilot completes training without
  any hassle.
• Any other task assigned by Head of Department.

• Training planning under the Crew FDTL (Flight Duty Time Limitations) and Crew Training Requirements (DGCA CAR

and Company Manual).

• Planning & Execution of recurrent raining / IR & PPC training
  with optimum utilization of DE, TRI & SFI.
• Planning and execution of Simulator Training for Pilots (AbinitioType Rating, PIC Upgrade, Transition Captain, Recurrent,OCC).
• Update the Database in the ARMS after completion of
  SIM/LINE training.
• Any other task assigned by Head of Department.

• Have excellent knowledge of DGCA regulations pertaining
  to pilots training (Endorsement/Trainer Upgrade/Recurrent
  Training).
• Liaising with various Simulator training centers (Domestic
  and International) for availability of simulator slots.
• Coordination with day-to-day Roster team for changes in
  existing training schedule and update accordingly.
• Maintain, follow up and update relevant training records.
  Documentation of training reports, highlighting unsatisfactory
  reports to the concerned personnel for further corrective
  training.
• Monitor deviations between planned and Actual Crew
  Rosters to minimize the changes.
• Monitoring HOTAC, Ticketing and allowances for training
  Crew or Outstation Crew.
• Plan trainees for SNY/OBS flights as per syllabus.
• Monitor the required trainer hours as per the Trainers
  Operations Manual.
• Also, to keep a tab on monthly hours of trainers to keep them
  from reaching overtime.

• Worked as a Cabin Crew (EASA Approved Cabin Crew Member
  on Airbus 330-300 A/C)

• Worked as Officer - Ground Operations
  DGCA Approved Load & Trim certified
  Responsible after weight and balancing of the aircraft
