Preparation and supply of all necessary work required for the Provision of labor, materials,

accessories, equipment and services required to install trees, shrubs, soil, soil amendments, tree stabilization, landscape edgings, tree grates and related materials as indicated on drawings and specified herein and as directed by the Management.

• Understanding contract specifications and ensures they are met to maintain Ayla’s best interest.

• Providing most recent plans and/or documents to ensure employees are prepared to complete the

job

• Maintaining proper inventory of materials, equipment and other supplies are on hand to complete production activities.

• Ordering materials, equipment and supplies as needed within purchasing limits.

• Checking job sites on a regular basis, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality.

• Maintaining day-to-day working knowledge of all contracts in progress, including field completion

status, billings to-date and progress payments.

• Maintaining costs within all assigned budgets.

• Monitoring job costs weekly and immediately reports to Director of Operations any jobs deviating

from budgets of time, schedule, cost or any other factor so appropriates adjustments can be made to maximize end result.

• LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PROJECTS & MAINTENACE

· Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.

· Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.

· Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies.

· Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.

· Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.

· Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concerns.

· Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.

· Perform all other duties given by direct manager.

· Experience with installation/inspection relating to tree relocation, planting of trees/shrubs etc, shallow irrigation layout, Hardscape layout, wall cladding.
